1. Return Period

You have 20 days from the date you received your Sports Memorabilia to initiate a return. (To be clear, it is 20 days of when the item was ‘delivered’ to the provided shipping address). If 20 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your Sports Memorabilia must be:

– unused and in the same condition that you received it

– in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact

– accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

 

3. Exclusions

Our 100% Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to customised or personalised items. For the avoidance of doubt, all products on our website are personalised items (Print-On-Demand) except for our Sports Memorabilia products.

 

4. How to Initiate a Return

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit of the full amount of the purchase price, exclusive of any original shipping costs, will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.

 

6. Damaged or Faulty Items
