What’s your return policy?

SportSquabble has a no returns policy. We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email protected]  

 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.  

 

My item is damaged and/or mislabeled, what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged/mislabeled. Our team will look into the order, so please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue to [email protected] We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you. Please do this within 20 days after the misprinted/damaged/defective item has been received.   

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

We’re sad to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy does not cover products ordered in the wrong size/colour. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for each piece of apparel listed on our store. Also read the product description for further information. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [email protected] within 20 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!  

 

Frequently Asked Questions on Delivery

 

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: USA: 3–4 business days; Europe: 6–8 business days; Australia: 2–14 business days; Japan: 4–8 business days and International: 10–20 business days.

 

Where will my order ship from?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!  

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.  

 

It is past my estimated delivery date and I still haven’t received my order, what should I do?

In order to help you as quickly as possible, please help us out by (1) double-checking the shipping address you used for this order is correct, (2) ask your local post office if they have your package, and (3) stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them. Please email [email protected] to let us know your order is past its estimated delivery date, confirming the shipping address was either correct or incorrect, and confirming the package wasn’t left at the post office nor at your’s neighbour’s. We will reply as soon as we can. Make sure you let us know that you have not received your order no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date.  

 

My order couldn’t be delivered, what should I do?

Sorry to hear that your order could not be delivered, please email contact@sportsquabble to let us know. If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed, it’ll be returned to the facility that sent them out. It will then be held there for 28 days at no cost.  

 

The shipment’s tracking states that it was delivered, but I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

We’re sad to hear that you haven’t received your order yet. Please email [email protected] and our team will help to resolve the issue. Sometimes packages can be left in an unexpected location at customers’ addresses so it’s worth checking around your building(s). We also recommend you to inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery staff.  If the delivery address was incorrect and the package was not returned to sender, then you would have to process a new order to replace the original.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.  

 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within 20 days after the misprinted/damaged/defective item has been received. Send photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
